I'm an avid hunter, but I would never do that. Not to ANY animal. people like that have a major screw lose. It should be treated as if it were human (as far as legal penalty goes... and medical care for the person who did it).

I agree, Dustin. I'm not a huge hunter but I'm not a tree hugger either. But to do that to a pet is just sick!!!! And then to mail it to the teenager girl owner makes it ten times as sick!!!

that person was a freak...he did something really cruel...i love dogs and i felt sad reading the article...had a lot of dogs who had died and its sad though im just thankful that they didn't felt that kind of cruelty...i don't want this to happened with me and my dog...i love her that much...

I kill many animals to eat. Killing for food and clothing is nothing like some sick punk killing an animal as a twisted joke for the purpose of torturing those who loved the animal. Very sadistic. That person is a potential danger to people.
