Things break... I guess its just a matter of how long it takes someone to fix them. It seems like either:

1. Something was seriously hosed and took 22 + hours to fix
2. The owner had no idea it was down
3. The owner did not consider fixing the issue a huge priority

Either way, stuff break... What do you want for free???
