This should help if you still do not know why Ozzu is down:
Quote:
Ozzu is currently down. We are working to restore ozzu.
Yesterday evening at 2:55pm PDT in our H1 data center, electrical gear shorted, creating an explosion and fire that knocked down three walls surrounding our electrical equipment room. Thankfully, no one was injured. In addition, no customer servers were damaged or lost.
We have just been allowed into the building to physically inspect the damage. Early indications are that the short was in a high-volume wire conduit. We were not allowed to activate our backup generator plan based on instructions from the fire department.
This is a significant outage, impacting approximately 9,000 servers and 7,500 customers. All members of our support team are in, and all vendors who supply us with data center equipment are on site. Our initial assessment, although early, points to being able to have some service restored by mid-afternoon on Sunday. Rest assured we are working around the clock.
I am sorry that this accident has occurred and I apologize for the impact.
Update at 10:48 AM PDT (June 1)
We expect to be able to provide initial power to parts of the H1 data center beginning at 3:00 p.m. PDT. At that time, we will begin testing and validating network and power systems, turning on air-conditioning systems and monitoring environmental conditions. We expect this testing to last approximately four hours.
What this means is that the ozzu.com will likely not be back on until 7pm PDT or later.
Update at 10:58 PM PDT (June 1)
Apparently the explosion damaged much more of floor one of the datacenter where the ozzu server is located, what this means is that ozzu might not come up until the evening on June 2 since much more repair work will need to be done.
For those of you who host with unflux.net, those servers are on floor 2 of the datacenter where the explosion didn't do as much damage. What this means is that unflux.net could be back on by early morning on June 2. Hopefully within 6 hours of this writing.
Update at 5:21 AM PDT (June 2)
Our unflux servers that are on the 2nd floor of the datacenter have now all had their power restored and are online and functional.
Ozzu which is on the first floor of the datacenter is still on track to be back online by this evening.
