Anyone have $1200 lying around? :D
Airfare to Seattle: $623.99
Tuition after scholarship: $575.00 (otherwise $1155.00)
Laura's budget: priceless
With possible tuition costs of $30,000 coming up this fall, I'm beginning to think that I'll never make it to TSSS this summer.
Anyone win the lottery lately? ha.

Alternately, anyone have the cheapest source for airfare? Does flying standby ever work? Is it worth it?
I got the above price which seems nicely cheap-ish at expedia.ca, but I would fly in the cargo hold, if it saved me $50.

I always buy my plane tickets from orbitz.com. You can search nearby airports and within a few days range to find the cheapest combination.

Orbitz doesn't serve Canada, I don't think. I'm looking to go from Toronto to Seattle, or Toronto to Vancouver (from where I'll take a US$28 train ride).
Looking looking!

He's already been nice enough to me. S'okay.
Nicole: I'm also looking at Air Transat (phone, not their website) and maybe last minute specials. I have no idea.
I have until the 18th to figure out if I can do this.
Or not.

*cringe at the grammar*
You really think I would be so foolish as to ask for handouts at my workplace forum? Amusing.
