hockey has too many fans. So recently request was made by football team for transferral of people. This had occurred in U.S.S.R. as we know. the result is increase in football fans who cheered at local games. Graphs utilizing power point program can be watched about it.

So.. any of you computer geeks like me notice that spending all the time on the computer messes up your wrists and your tennis game?

I don't play tennis, so I would really know.. but I did play badminton (I think they're almost similar) several months ago, didn't notice anything wrong with them.

Went for four rounds of beach volleyball today. 3 matches each.
Reminds me of how much I like it, how much I should continue doing it, and how out of shape I might be.

Always do warm up exercises and stretches before you start and afterwards. Your muscles will thank you.
Try a relaxing hot bath and massage.
If that does not work go for the pain killers.
