What makes a Company successful?
How much money they have in the bank......
Employees make the company what they are, so a good atmosphere, good management and good direction are the main things.

Not necessarily true. A good company will invest their money to profit the business. Having a large amount on the bank doesn't say anything. And when you just let it be on the bank taxes will leech it.

Every element in a company is important in its success. There'd be no success without a CEO nor without employees.

A good atmosphere that the president/CEO will develop for their staff and employees but with respect on their positions, money is not that important as long as the employees are happy with what they are doing.

It all comes down to the owner/president/CEO of a company.
It's very difficult to have a successful company without good employees.
But, employees don't generally hire themselves.
The person in charge has to choose the right people and train/treat them properly.

The company stands better only with the help of employees legs which is more in number and works better with brains of managers with less in number.

Attitude and respect.
Well, in every aspect of your work first thing is you must be focus and knows what are the goals to accomplish for the day. You must learn how to adjust in every situation. And respect, because this will make you a better person.^_^

Of course the CEO/President. All the staffs and so-called atomosphere is chosen or created by the first member of the company, the president. His behaviors and ideas impact the company most deeply.

I think 3 key things:
Make sure workers and managers have the same mission.
Managers should never ask anyone to do something they would not do themselves.
Managers should be prefessional if they expect to have employees that do the same for them.

Depends on the management or the employees itself. They must work together for greater success of the company.
