You know doctors are people and I don't trust most people. So, I am very cautious first. I have to say if you find a fantastic physician that you do trust, have him refer you to the specialists HE would see. Just a little FYI.

I know there are some good doctors out there, but the point I tried to make before is the contemporary training/indoctronation process of becoming a doctor makes it possible to compartmentalize to the point where a good person and bad doctor can actually be two sides of the same coin.
Apparently they are practically brainwashed while in medical school to follow procedure even if it goes agains their core value as a person. Moral and emotional detachment is encouraged.

There are always two side of a coin.. head and tales. Similarly, doctors can be good and bad as well.

Well, when we do need them, willingly or unwillingly, we have to have faith in them. I wish that we are honest to them, so that they are able to cure us.

If some doctor is just working after money or else, he is not loyal to his noble profession, and will lose his reputation and much and I dont think any good doctor will risk it.


I can just ask you friends that we need to be honest.. if he turn out to be a fake..

he ought to be framed and asked to remain in the community for ever
.. why.. so that he wont be able to cheat others, and here, he wont get any work...

Well said Astrovineet, and you brought up money. That is another thing: most doctors are deeply in debt after 8plus years in medical school and then have to spend a lot of money getting their practice going, falling deeper in debt. They eventually have to turn to the one thing that will dig them out of that hole: prescribing drugs on a mass scale. I mean on a scale that would make Pablo Escobar die of shock. heck my grandpa was on dozens of medications, some of which cost $50 per pill. His health got worse because all the drugs were interacting with each other causing additional problems while taxing his liver and immunse systme. Yet, I am sure his doctors were generally good people. Just brainwashed good people.
