Does anyone know anything about Hell Bank Notes?

Not too long ago I found a bill just lying on the floor. I picked it up thinking it was a hundred-dollar bill but when I looked at it to my surprise it was foreign. It had a picture of someone from the Orient, and was titled ‘hell bank note’.

Does anyone know if this holds any value?

Thanks, I've checked out the link. I see the beliefs of those who created these notes are very interesting. Not odd though, sometimes I think there may be lucky leprechauns running around somewhere.
