Who believes in karma?

Generally I don't seek revenge, if someone does me wrong, I put it down to a learning experience and take satisfaction from thinking that sooner or later they will get their just deserts.

But this wholesome attitude is becoming less satisfactory each time, perhaps its my increasing old age, or perhaps it is the realisation that these people are not getting the deserts soon enough for me to witness it. (I know, I can see the contradiction in my own ways, but they are my ways, what can I say.) I am coming around to the thought that a more direct and violent approach to transgressors would do me the power of good.

What do you think? Do the scales of karma really exist, do you reap the seeds that you sow? Does kicking a bully in the goolies make you feel better in the long run even though in the shorter run it could land you a fat lip.

I do... Ive seen it many times.
I try my very best to treat others like I would want to be treated.

I believe we all get what we deserve sooner or later...

yes, i do believe in karma as well.

i agree with pctec, we get what we deserve. When i was a child, my grandma always tell me about the Golden Rule which says, "don't do unto others what others don't want to do unto you", that was inculcated to my young mind and up until now i still remember that teaching. And that is where i based all the things i do. I do good so others would do good to me too.

That's called Instant Karma in my parts of the woods and it's Karma too, just a fast kind of Karma.

Things might not come around within the time frame we have in mind, but eventually they do come around.

I don't believe in karma, but I like the idea of it. I have a notion that if you park in a disabled parking space, sooner or later you'll end up genuinely needing one. Does that count as karma? It's sort of similar I suppose.

LOL

I think far worse is the fact that some people that are quite able are legally getting disabled parking spots.
