I actually do like some C+W but... only the really good "Rockin" stuff... you know what I mean? It's like a mixed style... some of that stuff is really quite good.

For the record, I knew that games_master and you were joking. Hope I did not make it appear that both of you were seriously hateful.

I actually do like a few of the traditional C+W tunes... but only a few ...
I personally find that much of the traditional C+W fails to excite me even a little... but I know people that absolutely and sincerely love the stuff so...
it's all good ... to each their own ..

What do you get when you play country music backwards?
You get your dog back, your truck back, your wife back, your house back...

You get out of prison, you get sober, you quit drinking, etc.
There was a song released approximately 5 - 7 years ago regarding the joke, but I cannot recall who sings it or the title (remember, I favor songs from the 70's and 80's). The lyrics include, "That's my house, and that's my car. That's my dog in my backyard."

The song is Toby Keith - Who's that man. It's not a joke song like that. It's about a man who's wife kicked him out and now she's remarried, and he's driving by the house wanting to stop and see the kids.
"That's my house, that's my car, that's my dog in my backyard. There's the window to the room where she lays her pretty head. I planted that tree out by the fence not long after we moved in. There's my kids, and that's my wife.... who's that man running my life?"
That's the chorus to the song. It's a great song. I highly recommend it.

I do! Listen to that kind of music all the time, love those Paul Van Dyke remixes but the clubs here don't ever play them!
It's all commercial crap!
I crave the hard core trance raves, but they are sorely lacking here!
