Codependence, by definition, is negative. Relying too much on each other.

So ignore the root of the word. If it was called "Schlermino", it would still be a negative thing. Depending on eachother a reasonable amount in a good way is not "codependence".

Bonnie, be happy with what you have, you have family and friends that love you, no need to get laid every other night like me to feel love. It's fine, love comes in different shapes and sizes (no pun intended). To me, family love is all you really need to get by.

If all else fails, get yourself a dog or a cat if you get lonely around the house. Pets are great company.
