My site staff sucks

Isn't it amazing that internet allow teenagers (sorry if I guessed wrong)
to have staff to manage? And even better that they're free?

I've done my MBA, invested money in businesses, and still a large portion of my time
is spent in people management, motivation, and all that.

So if you want to start off with no money but free good staff, try look for them
within your own house.
Or try your luck in your friends, classmates, and relatives house.
If you have a core team of one or two and have things rolling, then more will come.

If your staff ever sees this thread and makes the connection they may start having similar thoughts about you. I know I would say "see ya" if I was one of them. And I don't think this thread will get you any more willing recruits. Be careful what you post and who you accuse. Some people bite back.

Hi Bounty Hunter, there's a redirect there to a screen that says the site is disabled.

First of all as Rankenstein mentioned, the site appears to be disabled. How many members do you have and how many posts are you getting daily. Is it necessary to have staff? I've ran quite a fair share of communities in the past. Asked some school friends to help as staff and that went perfectly. Try to motivate them somehow. What exactly are they doing wrong if I may ask? What would you like to see them do?

You can also just try and find the most responsible looking person on your forum and offer him a position? Don't view your staff as employees. They are trying to help you out. You owe them, not the other way round. Don't say your staff "sucks". Respect any help you can get. Especially when they are helping out for free.
