When she has her breasts removed and whatever other surgery done, I think it does. It's not like you're the one that's going to be taking advantage of the extra piping, so what should you care.

People should be allowed to do whatever they want with their own bodies, but the definition of "man" shouldn't be changed to accommodate wishful thinking. Last I checked, a man has XY chromosome and a woman has XX.

Yes, there are several genetic disorders that would make someone both male and female.

Certain forms of Chimerism cause Hermaphroditism. In those cases, a person would be carrying two viable sets of DNA, XX and XY.

The genetic disorder you've cited renders a person --by definition, neither male nor female. Since this disorder also renders them sterile, it implies that unlike hermaphroditism where both sets of reproductive organs are fully viable and do not interfere with reproductive capability, de la Chapelle related sterility is likely caused by a lack of male and female genetic material.

There is no miracle of science to be found here. The pregnant "man" is an XX. Pregnancy in women happens.
