Video Screen Shot?
Does anyone know how to take a screen shot of a video. The video is in Windows Media Player.

More than likely you have Windows Movie Maker. You can import the movie in there and take screenshots.

Hey ATlien. I had that problem too. Usually what would happen is you print screen media player, then when you paste it in photoshop, its either black, or the video continues to run in the image :-s
It can be fixed by turning 3D hardware acceleration off while running the video, you will be able to print screen fine :-)
Control Panel>Display>Properties>Settings>Advanced>Trouble shooting
Put the hardware acceleration slider down

Or you could download VirtualDub.
It let's you view the video and you can stop it and move forward or backward frame by frame if you want. Perfect for screens of a video, you just have to go into the menu at the top and click copy frame and you're done.
