I do have some stuff laying about in the garage but I usually erase all data and give the systems to local charities.

I have some old (really old completely obsolete computers) lying around.
Just gotta erase the data and have them taken to a local recycling center.

Break it apart, take the good parts, make use of it and play with the broken ones

If they work, I wipe the HD's and give them to charity.
If they don't work, I take them out to a canyon near here and shoot them. They make fun shotgun and rifle targets.

Short Answer: Parts.
The Long Drawn Out Silly Answer: My current computer (lovingly named FrankenPuter) is the result of digging up the dead bodies of 4 other computers. Nothing fits properly so there's wires and cables everywhere. Power supply sits outside the box. Etc, etc...
I also have an exorcist who comes in monthly to chase away the evil demons which try to take over my system while I'm playing Civilization.
I'm constantly blowing up one thing or another, so having a good boneyard on hand is always a good thing.

Do the same thing that we should do with other broken stuffs. Reuse or recycle. There are a lot of parts in a computer that can be re-used as compliment to other computers. Once a computer is broken, not every part of it is unusable. If it is the case then give them to some recycling plant or something to make something out of it.
