Turn normal Character into chinese character

how to turn roman character into chinese character?
i was do everything from regional and language setting but still cannot.

I work with Japanese a fair amount, but not much with Chinese. In the Japanese IME you have to select the "JP" and then an input method, otherwise it all comes out as english script. Can you select an input method?

what is Input Method?

as you can see from screenshot, Chinese are enabled but the character still in roman character.

I think, you'll need a special script for that.
