I'm not posting for nor against it, but remember a few things:
- children are particularly resiliant to injury.
- I'm doubtful it would have been posted if the child suffered serious injury.

And yes, the father/mother should have kept a tighter hold on the child.

I agree with you since toddlers/children are prone to accidents that's why parents must be cautious and be aware to where abouts of their children.

No, I don't find it amusing, or even entertaining.

There are instances when I find people getting injured to be "funny". Like when stupid kids are doing things they know they shouldn't be doing, and they get (slightly) injured. But this kid was just a baby and as a parent, I feel for the kid. Probably not seriously injured, but still not a pleasant experience.
