real estate is a good investment indeed!so I suggest to start early while you can still afford to invest or you may loose your chances.

Investing in a real estate requires a huge pot but then it's worth the effort as it never depreciates.

Logic remembers buying that first house.
Now in the USA land sales to build on later are at there lowest because home builders are dumping land.
Housing in the USA will not see (our estimates) its low until 2010.
We live in California where the foreclosures are the highest in the USA, 1 answer over built.
Logic...

It does look delicious. I did not photoshop it. Someone else may have, though. They were for real, but I'm not sure if they're still available for munching on. They were all the rage in 2006.

Yes, housing prices have been falling.
Lot of foreclosures too.
Not a bad time to buy!

people are making too many general assumptions here. Housing markets are varied depending on where you live. There are many foreclosures, but prices are not that low yet. Don't forget how housing rallied for over a decade in california. It will not bottom out in a few years. the problem is how real estate appraisers jacked up home values so agents could get a hefty commission. many municipalities that based taxes on home values will suffer too with this collapse. the sh*t is getting deeper, but there are good deals out there.
