I have one, I love it.

My first one I accidentally broke a few weeks ago, and I had to get the screen replaced because it cracked. They charged me $250 and gave me a brand new one. That one was defective and kept popping up some error message after I had it for a day or two, so I took it back and they gave me another brand new one without any hassle. So I'm on iPhone #3 right now. lol

It's one of the greatest things I have ever owned, hands down. Only problem is that they run through AT&T on their 6 year old Edge network, which is one of the worst phone networks out there.

Tons of dropped calls, horrible reception, and terrible internet speed. They are supposed to be out with a G3 iPhone any month now... I'd suggest waiting for that.

Yeah, I can't wait for the new one. I've currently got the old 8 gig one... it's still amazing, it's just the Edge network that's the problem.

Rumors are starting that the release will be any week now, as some apple stores are 'sold out' of the edge iPhones...

Nah, I was going to get it but decided that AT&T is not for me as I need NExtel (2-way) with my wife and I and her family. (Never know when the due date is for our new born in August) they always just pop outta nowhere

Definately wait for the 3G release....it will be out in July. I have an iPod Touch and I love the dang thing. It is amazing esspecially if it is jailbroken (you can add 3rd party applications to it) but the new iPhone will have a better speed to it. I don't like the fact that it is on ATT because they just are not a good cell phone company...I left them for Sprint and never looked back. I am still intreaged by the 3G version and will consider it.....we'll see.
