Is being at the airport for a connecting flight considered as a visit to a country??? lol, if it isn't then I have only visited 3 countries and if it is counted, around 4...lol, I have been in some countries and Asia and enjoyed most of them, my favorite was thailand in the summer and China in winter.... I wish I could visit Dubai. I hear a lot of good stories with their great hotels...

I have to say only 2, that's if being in the country you are born in, Australia, counts as one. The other is New Zeland. If you ever get given some plane tickets to New Zeland, make sure you go! There is so many different adventuring type activities to do there and the country is just beautiful!

Canada, Mexico, France, England, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Germany.
Some were short - Mexico was a day trip, actually, during which I delivered a talk at a conference, so perhaps that doesn't count as a 'visit'.

Swiftian allusions aside, how precisely does one go about getting deported and/or banned from three different countries? If you don't mind my asking, that is.

Hmm. Just being a misunderstood individual.
I was a bad youth in Japan. Violence, mostly. After they deported me the first time I just changed my name and came back. Sooner or later they figured it out and sent me back.
Korea was for illegally leaving the country by rubber boat to Japan.
Canada was... Well, they accused me of smuggling and I might have got into a fight with their border patrol. And yes, I was smuggling, but the smuggling was out of Canada and into the US, so they shouldn't have cared. (Smuggled my ex wife who had been barred from entering the US for ten years.)

Sounds like your story would make an excellent bestseller. Anyone who can casually note that they 'might have gotten into a fight with the border patrol' obviously leads a life of adventure.
Aren't you currently located in Japan though? How did you manage that?
