I have a friend who have a scar on his eyebrow and because of that scar those people who doesn't know him thinks that he's boastful...

Are you insane? I don't think dudes with scars look tougher or cooler. I probably think to myself "what idiotic thing did they do to get that?". Not cool. I mean if you have one from something legitimate, fine...no big deal.

Anyway, what good is a scar if there's no story behind it? Say you do find someone who thinks its "cool", they'll be like "cool scar, how'd you get it"... and you'll have no good story.. you'll be like "well i thought it would look cool, so i made one." Then you look like a moron. If you inflict an injury on yourself for the creation of a scar, I'm sorry to say, but you're likely only to prove the whole "thinning of the herd" theory. If a scar is due to a real incident in your life then it will look tough but it it's basically a make up, hmm.. it's yourself you're faking. It's a matter of how you handle.
