Yes, it could. But this also depends on the nature of the "elaboration". Anal techniques belong to that category, as does masturbation during sex (like what's the point of havhing a partner then  ), also aditional stimuli, such as videos, various toys, stimulants etc. |

Just finished taking Human Sexuality Psych 210 at the UW and we had a whole lecture about this. Most of the facts that were sited so far in this thread are congruent with what I learned, as is the resounding affirmation that American women prefer the trimmed penis over the hood. Most of the girls I talked with said so with a big ol' grin on their face.
If you're having trouble getting to round 2 with the ladies in the US remember you can always make an appointment with the Doc and he'll fix you right up.
