It's worth it for sure. I sold my forum in 2007 but when i first created it I also purchased a VBseo license.

I launched my forum with it SEO'd to death. I also had there sitemap plugin on autopilot. I won't comment that much since there product has had massive upgrades over the past few year's.

Using VBSEO won't give you number 1 rankings with a flip of a switch but it's a good product to help make your forum SEO friendly and help you achieve good rankings. Have you asked any pre-sales questions on the forum yet. I'm a member on there but don't have a license currently.

v7n has had VBSEO for many years.

It's a SEO product to install on your vBulletin forum that makes it SEO friendly along with lots of other stufff.

Check out there features page: http://www.vbseo.com/en/feature-matrix/

You can learn a lot more by creating a forum account and asking pre-sales questions.

It is helpful if you are lazy to implement each strategy by yourself. Otherwise you can get seperate mods to do the same job. More work but more $$$ effecient.

VBSEO is actually worth it given that it makes all the links to your articles SEO friendly and also helps in the site map. It can bring massive traffic if used wisely.

I installed vbseo to our career forum about year ago and the traffic increased quite fast. The main reason for getting it was search engine friendly URL'S but it has many other useful SEO features.
