Forum Topic

Hello guys, so I recently bought a cool domain epictrolls.com (if its not allowed please remove it) and was wondering if anyone has any ideas with some boards for my forum and what I should do with the main site itself, I have a few years of HTML/CSS under my belt and about 5 years experience with vB. I am also looking for some partners to help me get this website rolling.

Thanks in advance

If you looking to partner up with someone please create a thread in our JOINT VENTURE section in our marketplace. (This isn't the section for this)

I see that you already have some categories created. Don't add a lot of boards right away with a new forum, to many empty boards with no activity is not good for traffic. Add more boards as the forum grows or if get suggestions from loyal members then think about creating a new board.

You should start adding some social buttons to your forum and create a Facebook fanpage and Google+ page. Start a social marketing campaign and remember to create a thread in the joint venture section if you looking to do something with someone to get the forum jumping with traffic or members.

Since you have some coding under your belt, why not do some unique things with the forum as in features or change the look of some things. Actually create a section for the programmers to discuss coding stuff/designing since you will have some knowledge in this field to start threads or spot some bad advice.
