Posting YouTube videos

The link you want to post is:

First, don't use the EMBED code that is provided on many YouTube videos.

You also cannot just enclose the above link in the YT and /YT (in brackets). On this board, you need to post only the video ID, which in this case, is at the end of the link: u7mG512VGkw

Note: If you had copied the link from your address bar while viewing a video you had accessed via YouTube's RELATED VIDEOS, then the link you copied would have looked like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7mG5I2VGkw&feature=related

(Note that the normal link is followed by &feature=related)


In that case you need to delete everything from the & on (&feature=related) and everything from the = back (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=)
Then, enclose what is left (u7mG512VGkw) in the YT and /YT (with brackets).

What you end up with is this:

There is only one way to post youtubes on this forum and this is by following the instructions Doc has provided.

For any youtube video to work on this forum, you need to use the ID. If you are referring to posting videos on another forum or your own site then create a thread to ask for help from other forum members.

You need to use the YT bracket's around the link.
