Don't be complacent on what your rankings now, maybe tomorrow, next week your keywords will have no rankings at all..continue your link building..And I think your competitors have smarten you that's why your rankings fell..

Some of my site experienced the same way. They usually positioned on page one but lately some of them were all lost on the rankings. Specially those which are not updated. That's why right now, I am posting or changing the contents from the site from time to time

My site lost it's page 1 rank for a keyword recently. I guess Google changed something.

i have also faced this kinds of problem last year for my site.
your solutions is
just do Social Media optimization (Digg, Stumbleupon, Facebook of your each and every blog post)
just make a blog and promote it in every social media site (mixx, Propller, Jumptag etc) and you will got your ranking back.

in my opinion,
25 keyword is too much for a website even in the subpage optimization

what about you focused on smaller amount of keyword so you can established a small amount of keyword first and then adding another one

I think the problem is that your site is quite new. New websites experience lot of fluctuations in SERPs. One day, the rank high and the other day, the rank low.

One other factor is the new content boost that Google give to some new sites/pages. If a new site gets this boost, then it will rank higher for a certain time period or until no more new/useful content is added.

Just Remember that Google ranks each page individually. Each page should have it's own set of unique keyword phrases that you are trying to rank for. It just seems impossible to target twenty-five different phrases for the same page.
