Also though if you put this in front of your title with all your keywords they count as one word back so now that word that was at the front is now second and has less relevance

I doubt it has any affect on SE rankings; just a positive affect on CTR.

My best guess is that it could affect the rankings slightly because of the right-shift, especially in competitive areas.

It's a cool find, Pimpen, very creative and definitely an attention grabber that will get more clicks. But will it be the right clicks? For corporate clients it may seem desperate... Also, it is a threat to Adwords. Will Google react? Personally I'm a chicken since I live off my site so I don't dare do anything to my site that Google on a bad day would strike down on. But I hail the creativity here.

Good call - definitely an interesting tip. I'll try that out later on some pages.

I'll take that into account, if it hurts anything, I'll take it off.

I have a feeling Google will disable this if it does catch on.

It shows up for all of mine, just give it a few days

That update is only done once in a while. Google does know your new PR all the time, but the toolbar PR is only updated once in a while. It was just being updated about 3 weeks ago, and before that, it wasn't updated for at least 6 weeks, I think.
So, don't worry too much about the toolbar PR and IBL's showing up in google. Google knows what PR you have and where your IBL's are, and will rank you accordingly.
