www.digitalpoint.com also has a good Keyword ranking tool, if you want to keep track of your data over a long time.

www.googlerankings.com is by far the best tool to search within the top1000 listings for your site for specifc keywords.
DigitalPoints tool is also excellent for tracking multiple keywords over time, but I think it only show your site if it's in the top50, if not it just displays N/A. but those 2 are the best tools out there for this.

For all the keywords I've tracked, DigitalPoint has shown me positions no matter where I'm at. I've seen tracking results into the 200's and lower.

also thumbshots has a cool ranking tool which will highlight your site automatically out of any of the first 100 results from many of the major search engines.

digitalpoint's tool is nice, and I couldn't live without it, but it's not perfect.

randomly I see some of my terms drop off of the face of the earth (get -9999 with the tracker) but the regular serps don't show that at all.
