Google index and Private DNS issue
How would it be possible for Google to index a web site that is NOT and has NEVER been in Public DNS? I have a client who has two sites that got indexed and need me to explain this to them.

Requesting the sites to be removed is a solution to fix the problem but how can I assure them that this will not happen again? It should have never have happened to begin with.
