Create unique content that is useful for your readers, keep it updated and fresh

Get as many backlinks you can from social bookmarks, press releases, article submissions, forum and blog posting, link exchange and such. Good Luck

content doesn't do anything to get PR its all about links. It would be better if you link to high PR and quality sites.

yup! that what I want to say.
I just want to share this... my blog got PR 0 from PR 3 and it goes to PR 2 now

but my other PR 3 blog got PR 0.

!!! PR update is still on going.

I got PR 2 for my blog (from just 6 weeks work) but hardly any traffic comes my way.
What's the use of PR for a blog without traffic? Any idea to use PR as tool to get traffic?

One method worked for me was that I uploaded couple of videos to youtube and google(with the URL in the description).
Secondly I bookmarked them using socialmarker. And then post the same video in my blog after about 2 weeks. BL keep multiplying...still.

You need to update your website by adding more unique content.

you want the quickest way to boost your PR, put your link on PR 8,Pr 9 or maybe PR10 sites related to your niche it will surely give you a boost.

place it in a forum, asking for a link trade. show your PR 2 blog there.

i have done link building, directory submission, articles posting, social bookmark submission. my site [link removed] pr is 3 , this is not increasing. can any body suggest me to increase PageRank.

One more time: The only way to increase the PR of any page is to have a link/links pointed to it from a page/pages that has a higher PR, or tons of lower PR pages. It's that simple. PR has NOTHING to do with constantly creating new content and it makes NO difference whether the site the link is coming from is relevant to your site or not.

Build links from those high PR sites, at the same time your site should have genuine contents. To gain high PR is achievable, but it won't be so fast.

Trying to increase PR by posting in forums is really a lost cause. What a waste of time. You will however get a very tiny boost in the SERPS for the keywords in your sig. But to be brutally honest, if that's the only reason you're here your time could be much better spent doing other things to achieve better results.

It's all about quality of the content and inbound links

When you're done with your keyword researching, content reviews and all other onpage optimization. Then all you need to do is keep building those links.
