We use it from some of our sites, but not for all of them. I think it is good for the larger sites, for simpler ones we dont consider is worth of our time. But it may change, we are using it just few weeks...

I registered my site. Nice to see they have 145 of my pages listed.
Not much other information though.
Hopefully that will improve over time.

I have been using google webmaster tools for two things: checking broken links and backlinks. I wish they could update backlinks more frequently.
