How do you find out on google how many times a day a certain word has been searched for example I would like to know how many times “ promotional pens ” has been searched on google in one day?

I've done that before and it doesn't seem to be very accurate as people quite often will click the natural listings first anyway.

It will give you the number of impressions though. Using AdWords for this will be expensive though as I am running a promotional merchandise campaign in the UK right now

Adwords arent much good, i have never clicked on them. Just like people dont click on banner ads much, thats what i see adwords as.

Lots of people do click on them though. Not as much as the organic listings, but they do

sure they can click the natural listings but that is what you are tracking...search volume.

how often your ad gets clicked on depends on a ton of variables.

I have had some ads that were so low that they got disabled and I have had other ones that had like 30% clickthrough rates.
