Hi all,
I thought that if Google has updated the info about your site recently that they would always show the date info next to the cache link.
I think it is always there for sites that Google visits often and re-caches.
For example cnn.com try googling "cnn" and it will be there.
After a time though the date info disappears from its position next to the cache link. It's almost as if it has an expiration period.
I guess the date helps searchers assess the freshness of the content of the site.
Back to you.
