In the Optimization, need to optimizate many factors.Such as Title , meta tag , body content , anchor text , income link , interior link and etc.
But who can tell me those importance. Please show by %.

Spend some time at the beginning getting the first three decent (title, meta, content) and then just continually try to get inbound links with good anchor text. I would say in bound links with good anchor text are 80-90% of the importance.

linking Through anchor text is most important but other sectors are also improtant Jack is right about the %age

the value of each component is different in each search engine

and may also dynamically change based on query type and how the top ranking competition lists

for the most part links (with good link text) are #1 and page title is #2 and it goes down from there.

The weighting of different factors may also possibly change with time for the same search engine. Certainly Google seems to be constantly changing, though in which specific ways is hard to tell.
