Forum signature links are so devalued it’s a waste of time .
I have a site with over 150 links showing up in the "Link" but I did it so it only links from forums and it only ever got a PR4

but that is a free PR 4. might mean nothing by itself but perhaps it is enough to bump a would be 5 to a 6. also dont forget that many different links from different IP addresses makes your site seem important.

The key programmers themselves are likely on a very high-salary anyway - it's the rest of the staff that really beg the question.

Well, most people will be locked out from selling shares for six months after IPO. If they're smart, they'll keep working hard. A lot can happen in six months (as my brother found out at an Austin Dot Bomb).
