Buying good links

i would like to start buying high pr links,

does any body recommend a good source as i'm not sure which link selling websites to trust.

Don't buy links from "link selling websites". Just find high PR websites relevant to yours and contact the webmaster and ask to advertise link text on his site for such and such an amount. If you go through a "link broker", you'll most likely end up with crap links and paying way more than you need to.

By the way John,I have recintly joined your directory 10/7/04 (aaron wall recommened it to me)

great directory gald i joined it i get quite alot of traffic from it,

wondered if you have any idea when i would see some pr ranking from it as my link is on a pr6 page of your dir,

i've been in it a month now and g hasnt seemed to put in my back links yet or given me any credit. (obviously its nothin to do with you i'm just getting impatiant with google)

how long does it take google to give credit for links,as i've been working hard this last month gettin listed in loads of directories (about 20 including yahoo)and i've got another 20 links from same content websites.

i would say at least 50% of my 40 links have pr5,

my site gets spidered daily and ive optimised my front page,

i wondered if i am going the wrong way about it or do i just have to sit on my hands and wait for google to find them all.
