Lost PR and Backlinks
I lost the pr and backlinks for mydomain.com but not for www.mydomain.com. Could it have something to do with switching to a dedicated server recently or some other reason?

I wouldn't have thought the change of server will be involved - Google is screwy at the moment.

Brian has summed it up. With all the happenings and changes going on at google, i wouldn't worry too much about it.
