buy-sell-real-estate.info was PR8 2 months ago, PR7 one month ago, PR0 now.

altavista showing 800+ backlinks. g! was showing 30.000 during+ heydays.

backlink from business.com pr5 page is ignored.

not sure what this means, but when I looked at the cached snapshot of that page it said

Most of backlinks were from ringsurf.com. I was suspecting that site was a spam because thousands of pages looked almost the same and you had to enter a lot of private info to register and see what is behind.

Same person owns url.biz which is PR8 now (was pr5). I guess that one is much safer because most sites in the directory link to it.
