Google definitely thinks they are different than most companies, as you can tell from the way they do everything: simple web page design, unobtrusive advertising on their sites, pioneering the 1GB email account, and the pre-burst office perks.

They may be having a lot of fun, but from what I've seen of them so far, they don't know how to run a company in the public eye. I hope they stop screwing up so bad because I want them to give Microsoft some competition.

I see, from an article with facts from 1998. When I hear about mutual funds(passive trading ones) nowadays they seem to point out that they don't have high fees and have a large portion of the total investment in index funds (like the S&P).

Yeah, you can go with mutual funds that are high-risk that go away from the indexes and have very active investing, but there is a lot more risk with that.

Honestly, the best way to make money in the stock market is to have an experienced friend that makes the stock market their life and just give them all your money and sit back and watch your pile grow. I think having a trader friend may actually be better than having a lawyer friend, but not by much.

That's not true at all. My mutrual fund is way above the S&P500 Index.

That's what my father says, he's a financial advisor (top 10 in NJ).
