Hi,
You need to back links all inner pages for indexing the all pages. If possible bookmark all pages to SB.

Your site is 1 year old, you have 30,000 pages, but only 100 are indexed? It sounds like your site has issues that is stopping google from doing its job.

We just can't force google to index whatever we submit to them. They have their own system and algo.

You might have duplicate content.. If not, try to use deep linking.. This will help so that google will indexed your inner pages..
