Nice one guys, but how come my new pages were not updated at all? I changed some of them 3 weeks ago and I don't see any change in its directory.

if you want to be spidered more frequently you either need to

1. build lots of links into your site
2. change a bunch of your pages frequently
3. both

I prefer 1 and then doing 2 where it makes sense
