OK, I'm playing around with Adwords a little to give my photography forum a little bit of a boost, and was wondering what the difference is between "photography forum" and photography forum as far as keywords go for adwords? I seem to be getting a great CTR for for the "keywords" but about half for the keywords... this may be a stupid question, but can someone fill me in?
Ooops... yeah, i fixed my booboo. So generally for adwords, if you only want to match the phrase photography forum, I should have "photograph forum" as the keyword, right?
or if you track your keywords you can slowly filter out the bad searches via using negative keywords
- britnay
- briney
- brittney
- jennifer
- jenifer
- jlo
- paris
- xxx
- adult
etc.
You generally don't want to pay $ for untargetted traffic... I run a photography forum... people that are searching for nude pics and type in "Jennifer Love Hewitt photography nude forum" would not be worth it for me if I paid $.25 for them to click through to my site... know what I mean? If I'm going to pay per click, why not just make sure you're getting the most targetted traffic possible?
