How to drive more traffic?

We are ranking in first page for most of our keywords in Google. Our niche is related to health care... From the last 6 months we are getting 100 visitors per day, but i don't know how to drive more traffic..Can anyone suggest me in this part?

You can get a share of traffic in social bookmarks and social networks. If you want to spend a little money, you could do a little PPC.

I bet creating a few blogs that's related to your niche would help increase your traffic. I love using blogs in order to drive more traffic to my sites, since blogs are flexible

I believe that would be reasonable to add some new kewords and get high rank on them. I think that would be very useful

I agree. I think focusing on a few small keywords/phrases only limits your sites potential audience. Try and find related keywords/phrases and focus on adding unique, original and informative content on them.

After reaching the first page of Google, by writing quality contents which would be found when people use the search engines as well as adding new links you can increase your traffic.

How many targeted keyword?, How much from Google out of 100/day....What is urs position in SERP with niche.. share it for give u some thoughts

In order to get more traffic, you need to improve your ranking further up in SERPs.

For that: you can add more and more useful content about health in your site. The more useful content you add, the better it will be.

Have you consider using article directories as a way to build your backlinks. By having stronger link profile, this will help towards your serp to drive more traffic.

Social bookmarking and networking sites like Twitter and StumbleUpon might help you. I have read on many forums and blogs about some good strategies to market a website using social media.

Just Google for some good articles on social media marketing, I am sure you will get what you want.

you can get more keywords which can get you mass traffic as well as using social bookmarking sites which can directly drive traffic to your sites.

I think you can use most competitive KW to your site title which is search on daily basis and generate more traffic in compare of other key word, and try to get ranking on that KW, do link exchange with same niche site it's really helps you to get ranking and generate more traffic to your site.

Research some more Keywords related to your website and start optimizing your webpages for them. Also, try to optimize for Yahoo and Bing.

You can create RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds for your website and subscribe to other RSS feeds. This again will increase your hit count but will do very little to drive potential customers to your website unless you’re providing valuable information meaning the best way to generate traffic for your website is to provide quality content that will solve your customer’s problems.
