Google webmaster tool and submitiing tools are scams?
I create small web site and didn't submit google or webmaster tool of google. because site is under construction.
but google search results are included my site. even sub pages of my site.
but I apply adsence and they apply it.
Then why we submit site of google?

Perhaps your site was visited by Google's crawler. Can I see your link?
The purpose of uploading a sitemap to the Google Webmaster Tools is not only to get your website/pages indexed but also to see problems with your pages (broken links).

Their webmaster tool has some other information about your site such as crawl problems, duplicate contents and the keyword rankings. So I think it is worth to join.

Not only this, but Google Webmaster Tools actually helps you increase your traffic, keyword research and ways to increase your rankings in the listings.

In my experience it is worthy to take your 5 minutes and visit webmaster tool. Even if it doesn't help much, it's still your 5 minutes, so can't see any problem there

Right, you get lots of extra benefits. Plus, if you have problems having your set crawled and indexed, a properly submitted sitemap can help speed things along, and alert you to any issues that Google is finding with your URL(s).

lol that is good you found out early on how powerful the search bots are, most people new to seo ask "I submitted my site to google and they have not indexed it why?" If your website is under construction just have your index page indicate so and let the people coming to your page know that you will be up soon and what content they can expect.

Google indexes your site when they see links to it from other sites. Webmaster tools and site maps are there to help both you and Google work out issues your site might have with the crawler and indexer. Take a good look at the data in webmaster tools and it can help you a lot in firming up the theme and keywords for your site.

You mean you applied for an Adsense Account but they did not approved your application?
Anyway, Google search engine and Google Adsense are totally two different things. Using Google webmaster tools, you can find more info about Google bot and your site different statistics.
Google included your site in SERPs: this can happen because of few reasons. For example: your site link may appear in some other site from where Google bot found your site and indexed it.
You should use Robots.txt file to tell Google bot that you do or do not want your site to be indexed.
You should apply for an adsense account once you have a well established site.

Google can Crawl any of sites in the internet world you should not give them any kind of invitation for that. you should not upload it on your server until it's ready.

Because old habits are hard to break. Back when the internet was young, say in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998,,,,,, you had to submit your site to search engines, which were more like directories.
But today, submission is no longer needed. Just get a couple of links and search engines will find your site. There is no need to submit your site to anything.

Loads of webmasters queries are related to indexing of page or their website and you are telling that your website is indexed in Google without any effort :d . Can you show up your website link to everyone.
Google do index websites which are under construction but they provides ad-sense before completion of a website.

Do you use google toolbar on any of the computers you used while testing your site, if you do then you got caught the same way I did.
Google toolbar sends data back to google if you allow it, so even sites that have 0 links in will get picked up...
Google know everything! - ha ha
