I apply many times in google adsense for my blog. But they did not accept my application. I do not know what is the problem.

Try applying with one of your other sties. You can apply with any one of your sites.

Just read their guidelines and policies then evaluate if your blog full fill the requirements.

Register a new domain and get content for it. Then apply again. Hope Google will consider your application then.

Content is the king and if your blog satisfies the TOS and the content is unique, you will be admitted into the adsense fold

create anew blog and add some fresh contents to your blog,

Is there any specific reason mentioned in the mail from Adsense?

I will suggest that you add some really good content in your site and also, try to get lot of SEs traffic. This will happen when you will add excellent content in your site.

Re-apply when you have good amount of excellent cotnent in your site.

Don't really think Google cares about duplicate content in your application, just as long as the site brings in traffic and CTRs.

write original content,give sitemap,make good internal structure of your site and then submit.Google discloses the possible cause for rejecting your website.Study that reason and then work on it again.

I too somewhat agree with this, adsense dont care if you have such a huge traffic but your blog/site should not hold copy and pasted contents. simple

Make sure that what you are offering on your blog is genuine useful content. If you have just set up a blog full of random information that does not serve others and is solely aimed at making money, then you may struggle to get approval.

google checks for traffic from search engines.... if you are getting direct traffic then google willnot enable adsense for the account.
