How can google index framed pages?

I have a framed website - http://www.robotwarsfansite.shyper.com - (though it is offline temporarily) and have heard that google can't index internal pages. I was wondering if there is a code I could insert to each page so it is indexed?

Why do I want a framed website?

I around 20 pages on my site and regularly delete/change links and it takes ages to re-do it all and upload it again!!

Any solutions?

Thankyou!

Google maybe able to index it but there are major problems. Frames are made up of many HTML pages. The problem is that Google cannot construct the frameset when arriving at a given page (other than the frameset page eg: index.html).

The solution is server side includes such as

PHP:

<?php include("menu.htm") ?>

ASP:

<!-- #Include virtual="/page.asp" -->

SSI:

<!--#include file="menu.html" -->

Other non SEO problems with frames:
1.Inaccurate page view stats.
2.Increased bandwidth use.
3.You cant bookmark a page.
