1. What is google dance?
2. How google base and google sandbox are helpful to us?
3. How do we take advantage of google webmaster tool?

Well, so many questions might be asked in the SEO world and their answers could be taking some hours to make actually. I do not know what you mean by Google base trying to help you but the Sandbox is a filter for the newly launched sites.

Google dance is all the time prevailing over the net and especially around the new domains again because their rankings could fluctuate for several times a day even.

Google Webmaster Tools provides you with detailed reports about your pages visibility on Google.You can use the tool in knowing your site page rank which is determine by traffics or visitors on your page.

add ur site in google webmaster tool and u will see all ur query will be resolve there

1. Google s period.. Shows fluctuation in SERP ranking
2.Sandbox is probationary period .. in this period no penalization.. work properly will get some good position in SERP
3. Webmaster tool really helps for submitting all URL, blok some pages dir from indexing.. knows the BL count, keyword position, onpage report like html validation, missing tags, broken links etc...

(1) Doesn't exist any more in the original sense as per my knowledge.
(3) By signing up and checking it regularly.

As to #2, I'm at a loss (*speachless pause*). Do some basic googling, come back and ask if you will. Although I'm pretty sure you won't.

The name "Google Dance" is often used to describe the index update of the Google search engine. Google's index update occurs on average once per month. It can be identified by significant movement in search results and especially by Google's cache of all indexed pages reflecting the status of Google's last spidering. But the update does not proceed as a switch from one index to another at one point in time. In fact, it takes several days to complete the index update. During this period, the old and the new index alternate on www.google.com. At an early stage, the results from the new index occur sporadically. But later on, they appear more frequently. Google dances.
