I have a website www.webdesigningprofessionals.com i just launched this website. I need to see this in sponsered links. I have seen two different types of google sponsered links one that shown in right side and the other one that shown on top of links with yello backgrond.
I want to know how this possible and what should be my minimum budget?

yes it's should be on your Key words bidding and also GEO targeted. and for that your minimum budget should be $500 USD.
