What do you think about this PR puzzle

Directory page www.debian.org/consultants/ links to detailed companies description like http://www.debian.org/consultants/NAME.

This links are unique - i.e. description pages are linked from directory ONLY.

So, why theese pages, linked from same url have different PR???

www.debian.org/consultants/cybersite: 5/10
www.debian.org/consultants/togaware: 3/10

I guess we all see this, It wasn't like that before but with Google being messed up like they are since a few months I see this everywhere, also on sites I own myself.
