Some people probably noticed that Google began to post sitelinks for some sponsored results.

What is the benefit of having your sitelink displayed near your Adword ad?
Is it Free Per Click if someone clicks on your sitelink?

I don't think that it is free. It is just another way to make people click sponsored links.

I tkink that they test it for right now on .com domain for American market. Tehy also picked only American companies.
